This provides a summary of costs for participation in Lotus' volunteer programs
in China. For more details on what is included and a sample schedule, see the individual
program pages.
Migrants School
Fees are in USD. These fees are tax deductible in the United States as donations
to our volunteer program.
- One week: $300
- Two weeks: $580
- Three weeks: $830
- Four weeks: $1065
- Five weeks or more: $200/week
The application fee is 100 USD. We offer a 10% discount for stays longer than 20
weeks. The weekly homestay fee still applies should you decide to extend your stay beyond your original booking.
Xieqing Tibetan Orphan School
The fee is 1,980 USD with no length limits. These fees are tax deductible in the
United States as donations to our volunteer program. We support volunteering from a few weeks to a year long at the same price.
