Tesco mobile phone top up ireland
Switched to Three with no regrets. My bill pay contract was finished so I have decided to go with pay as you go instead. Called customer support and all looked to be sorted. Untill next month charged again for bill pay. Long story short called them 3 times, every time was waiting average of 30min 20c per minute and have been charged another 3 months bill pay. Now is Xmas eve. My tesco account shows that I am on pay as you go and my bank account shows another, 4th charge for bill pay.
I have to cancel my debit card!!! Horrible horrible experience. Where to start with these highwaymen.
Revenues up 39% last year for country’s fourth largest mobile operator
Tesco is all about Tesco and their Customer care dept is understaffed and inappropriately named. When you call their Cust Care dept they relay the following message. And here,s the kicker--they are then charged 20 cents a minute which is immediately removed from their account and all to resolve a problem Tesco created. Additionally , their signal is pure garbage. My phone is continuously losing the signal. This company is operating on policies which are bordering on criminal and they should be avoided at all costs , not to mention put off the Market.
Fool me once , shame on you TM , fool me twice , shame on me. So wish I had of checked out these appalling Tesco Mobile reviews first! Charging you for customer support that takes forever to get through to, doesn't resolve issues and won't call you back. Should be shut down! Non existent customer service. Coverage would have been better in space. A couple of years ago I had a bill phone, from day one I had issues with coverage, according to their maps I was in a 3g area, that was never the case, for the best part of 2 years I complained about the service with no resolution.
Through all my complaints my bill was cleared every month, on time. I had no further correspondence from Tesco about that account. I can honestly say I've never been so annoyed, I've never had an issue with unpaid bills nevermind a blooming debt collection agency. Do yourself a favour and don't be tempted by their cheaper prices, it is absolutely not worth it!

Absolutely the worst network you can choose! Just don't be even tempted to join them. I was due to receive another smaller bill from the 23rd of August to the 15th of September which I did. They do not respond to emails we have had to contact comreg to try and sort this issue out. Their an absolute disaster avoid at all costs!!!!
Not able to use service when abroad only emergency calls , got a new phone from them which was few days late in delivery didn't keep one day delivery promise , I had my holidays ruined, had to call numerous times from different phone, they just don't care, I've spoken to many agents who not only lack basic knowledge about products and services but basic humans manners too chewing in your ear for example.
There's nothing they can do, but expect you to keep paying for the service they don't provide. They need 3 incidents to cancel contract free of charge, but don't count any of those as incidents and charge me every time when I speak to untrained and ignorant customer service staff.
I've been with them for years but something got really wrong lately, all my friends and family are looking to move away from them as soon as possible. Advice to everyone, if you not already stucked with them don't even think about going with Tesco. Customer Service exceptionally bad!!!! I was unable to even phone Tesco mobile as all calls are blocked even to them which seams mad. When i was in the store on there phone to customer services lol i asked why it hadn't been turned back on they refused to anser the question.
There are good at selling you the phone bad a at service. They should stick to fruit and veg. Biggest source of frustration! Literally, the worst thing that ever happened to networks. I often wonder if I was having a heart attack or some form of horrific situation, I wouldn't survive because I just cannot connect to anyone! Celticcook's "9. A quick look at Vodafone's user-friendly website shows four stores along Grafton Street between Trinity College and St. Stephen's Green. Very convenient.
